This is the plant given to me by

my Mexican friend 14 years ago.

She became a citizen of the US shortly

thereafter and I made cupcakes with

flags for her celebration party. It was

the first time I was part of a citizenship

celebration!

She was thrilled to be going fishing with her grandpa. Uncle Harry Lynn and Grandpa were planning this trip and Kayla overheard the telephone conversation. She said, "I want to go".
I think that smile pretty well tells the rest of the story!!!

Afterwards she said it was not that much fun. Right now one of the Three Bears is getting her makeup put on, by the "hands"... Shortly Kayla will be eating her pudding. Then she will not be smiling so brightly. It's a HOOT to watch! It's always the favorite skit at the talent show.
